The power of 2 T oil !
 

Did a bit of a run today to Notts City Hospital near Arnold for wifes hip check up (all good) so fueled the WJ up and popped 500 ml of two stroke oil in the tank.

The engine definitely ran quieter & smoother with a very small increase in the idling speed. No smoke either - must get back into the routine of doing this every four tank fulls of fuel.

Had run out of the cheap 2T oil that I bought from Morrisons or Wilkos so bought 5 Litres on flea bay at reasonable price. Interestingly this use was listed on the sellers information!

I think I'll give that a go then, heard it before but never tried it!
