As header, the replacement bolt has come out and obviously need a new one. New one required.

What a pig of a job, Now that I've worked a way of supporting the starter motor (wood wedged underneath at the front), locating and cartching the thread becomes a lot easier. We're up and running again.
Obviously I'll keep an eye on it, it is a tight as I could get with a spanner.
