I know you have said new tyres and balanced but sounds like maybe one of the weights may have fallen off. It maybe your cheapest option to get that checked again before looking any deeper into it. Then we get down to wheel bearings may need greasing and tightening. Can you feel any movement if you grab the top of the wheel and shove it backward and forwards?
