no it is the point where the pump is bolted to the timing cover 3 bolts if I remember correctly in slits on the pump, you need to slacken the fuel pipe connections and twist the pump in a clockwise direction (viewing from the rear of the pump) this simply advances the timing, but could do more harm than goods so be ware, Rick
