It took almost an hour and a half to identify the main problem to a faulty Modem - apparently they have had issues with some new units having out of date software. Glad you got it sorted, most of us depend on the internet nowadays as part of daily life & I don't mean for the likes of facebook, but paying bills,shopping & all things government.
