A few of the lads came around last night and we decided to crack on and get a camera up!!!

I picked my spot on the wall outside and did some more measurements to make sure we weren't going to come through the bedroom wall etc I worked out roughly where it would come in via the wall in the loft and had to clamber across all of the trusses and pull some insulation out of the way.



We measured the RG59 female connections O/D which was 16mm, we drilled a 20mm hole which turned out to be perfect







The first issue arose when I tried to mate the camera to the base and it looks like due to poor manufacturing tolerances the holes didn't line up so I've had to drill 3 new holes, I'm going to have to complain!!!

And a quick money shot I'll be messing with angles etc at a later stage
