Default A New Member...

Not really, it's just me! But I think that very soon we will have a new member... Claire absolutely loved the laning weekend we've just been on and is now currently looking for her own 4x4 to mod!

After the tight squeeze it was for my truck on some of those lanes, she has decided that the X-Trail would be the perfect size for her!

So now she is scouring the internet looking for the perfect starting point for her project.

Here is her Muse:

Come to bed eyes!

Yeah ma, that's the X-Trail!

The more I look at them, the more I think I should chop mine in and do a matching pair of X-Trails!

Don't think I have the heart to get rid of my Old Girl tho!

Default X-Trail ??

I am confused I have never seen an X-Trail remotely like the one in the picture is it a modified one or one for other markets outside the UK ?

Never owned an X-Trail but a mate of mine had one it was I think a T31 Diesel it had around 75 k miles with FSH it blew the diesel engine so he traded it in as a none runner after ess than a year of ownership.

I know a few folk with the earlier petrol models and they were brilliant but rather thirsty.

That one is from the Japanese market... However, 2" lift available from Pedders & some slightly larger A/T tyres and you're nearly there!

I had one a little while back and didn't have any dramas with it... Was a canny little truck for me. Only ever changed the tyres on it to A/T one's and it got me all over the land I shoot!
