A really good idea to find out potential problems about these trucks, before you buy one, at least you will know what to look for.

Rust is the biggest killer, so look under those rear carpets under the back seats, and all the other places mentioned on here.
Most niggles can be sorted very cheaply, or even free with the most basic of standard tools. Just a blob of grease fixes some things...

Welcome.

Best regards,
Rustic

Welcome & enjoy the hunt for your dream Terrano Took me 18 months & looked at over 40 & it was worth the wait as the last one I said i'd ever look at is now sitting on my drive TBH I wanted a very low mileage, never been used for pulling, spotless inside etc me picky ? oh hell yes but hey I did settle to having a scuff on the front bumper & a couple of tiny rust spots (standards must be slipping) but we're not planing on getting shot of this one as we still regret selling the SWB we had for a stupid Discovery 2 which was no where as good off road

Awesome sounds like you took your time then. so you guys give the terranos a big thumbs up for offroading then? youtube videos are scarce compared to erm
*cough* discoverys *cough*

There is one I am looking at atm, but it is nearly 200 miles away, im making the dealer take shots of underneath and boot ect. I have also noticed the tape player says "CD CHANGER" on it, but cannot see a cd player? Whats the deal there?

cd changer can be in the back or under drivers seat.
nissan want £400 plus for a new changer, or fit an after market head cd player.

I think this is fitted under the Driver's seat if factory fitted.
