at the age of 66, saging a bit at the front end - back end ok following medical intervention!!!
Found the site browsing for help with Mistral problems, now resolved.
£ 10 was fine at least for moral suport . Workshop detail have probably saved me ,waterpump change and front bearings.
Browse the site probaly 4 times a week to see what can go wrong next,or how well my 94 is doing.
£20 would depend on the pension and the price of diesel.
Hope the site can be kept alive , it obviously satisfies the needs of its many users.

Here's my honest reply.

I first found this site just over 18 months ago.

I found the answer to a question I had about my Patrol, the info I gleaned from here saved me some money so I thought it only right to pay the £10.

I would be more than happy paying £12 or £15 a year, lets face it 3p or 4p a day is not going to break anyones bank.

This place has a huge potential….. it could be a whole lot more than just a club

I’m on here most evenings,

I owned an Isuzu Trooper and was a member of ITOCUK. When I traded the Trooper in against a Patrol, I used Google to look for a Nissan4x4 or Patrol owners club.

I consider the £10 well spent. You cannot get much for that these days.

Bought my terrano a couple of years ago when i was first considering moving from a car to 4x4, i was originally looking at troopers but had heard a few stories. found the T2 and liked it straight away.

i think my first search for an owners club was when i wanted to fit an alarm and needed help on the central locking wires. there was no club here in ireland so came across this club which had a section for non members with limited help, and the respones i got were fast and lots.

10 quid was not alot to ask so i joined and have saved alot since, including rob (sharkie) coming over here and together we done some work on the terrano.

im on nearly everyday although i dont always post i do always read.

I bought a Navara on the 1st September, looked around for some sites. I originally joined UK Nissan 4x4 but had looked at the OC for s few weeks and then took the plunge.

£10.00 - doesn't get much nowadays, I would probably pay £20 for next year but I was a bit concerned at first.

I read practically every thread and post, although most posts are regarding Mavs, terranos and Trols (which I have learned loads about). I have asked a few questions and had good answers straight away.

I am also a memeber of Navara.net, but i'm lucky if I check it once a week.

I agree with a lot of the above, but on the whole a good site and good fun.

Cheers

Graham

Did a Google and ended up with this and a South African club, couldn't understand what they were saying some of the time so like what I saw here and been here since.

Still working on a snorkel so I can drive over and try your green lanes : :
One day I'll get across and knock on a few doors

Will run site and neat members
