watching our old aldi (tevion) TV now, running on 12v using a lead robbed from a mini beer fridge at an angle of around 45 degrees and it only consumes 36 watts. Kerry recons it's more like 10 years old. So I might just keep it a bit longer. Not wide screen thought and as TT2 said it does pixelate on freeview unless signal is very good. But you can't have eveything, can you?

Just bought a 20" logik set from curry's 12v LED, built in DVD, USB recording, Riverview, Surround sound (type thing), load more inputs and outputs. A better looking and more quality feeling set (if that makes sense?)
£139.99 Now ordering a stabilised 12v power supply approx £35 So quids in over the cello's £179.99 and for a bigger screen and more functions! Thanks for the links and the replies |
