Looks like the seller has a second negative feedback for the same thing. Send out low value crap and the buyer is unlikely to return it. Or if the buyer returns it, he'll claim that the security mark isn't there and that the buyer has done a swap.
Sellers first reaction is that the buyer has damaged the goods.

take it to ebay complaints ive had good luck dealing with twats when ive taken it up with them

I'm talking to them and I'll be tweeting them with receipts of stuff that I buy and doesn't come through ebay.
I'm equally happy to have saved anyone from here wasting their time with this seller.
