Hello and welcome!!!!

That's a very expansive question, on the whole, many parts are interchangeable between the two variants but there will be differences between engine parts etc

What bits in particular are you wondering about?

Default Nissan terrano 2

Drive shafts, shocks basically anything, I’ve got the 2.7 terrano 2 and I have the chance of the 3.0d for spares

There was a lot of myths around driveshafts being different but I can confirm that after lots of testing and comparisons that all of the driveshafts are the same, the pic below is of a 2004 2.7 shaft and then a 1999 2.7 shaft below that had been painted.

I've also since compared against a 2005 3.0 driveshaft and was exactly the same

Shocks are good to swap

It's just going to be engine bits mate in fairness that will not be interchangeable. You have the better engine anyways

The ZD30 can't run veg

Depending on the year of your T2 then the diffs will possibly not be the same, Oh and the bonnet, Rick

Yeah diff ratios will be different on a 3 litre but I doubt you'd even notice.

Bonnet is a good consideration as the scoop is offset due to the position of the intercooler and also slightly more bulbous towards the front
