Default BigBunny2007 and Solarman

Full marks to dedicated members.

Bigbunny2007 kindly fitted the clutch bush at a Yorkshire meet and pedal response improved no end. Gone was the need to pull the clutch pedal up the last bit with my toe.

Unfortunately it revealed issues in the clutch linkage.

The truck would slip badly to degree feared clutch was going to fail.

Solarman's knowledge came to rescue, his technique for testing a clutch proved it was ok so must be hydraulics.

Solarman said it would be flexi link, got my local engineer to order and fit, the long bleed pipe to rear wheel arch disconnected at same time.

Result perfect clutch action again. Just in time for a 200 mile tow with caravan, which went with a hitch, pardon the pun.

Two spot on members, absolute confidence in them.

Cheers guys.

Sounds about right, when do they get their gold stars?

But seriously that's good news! I can only imagine towing a caravan like that

I fitted one to my Terry a few years ago and it's instant joy, no more droopy clutch pedal.
It's great that Mr bunny is able to make these
