Default Part number top oil pressure switch y61

Hi guys, anybody know what the part number is for the oil pressure switch near the manifold for a y61 3.0d 2004? Thanks Geoff

i put new one in my 3l but cant remember/find the reciept.dont forget there are 2 oil switches on 3l low/high i do remember the high has a yellow band on it though.drivers side.

You may need to buy the update kit, not just the switch if you have the fault.

Most of the time the switch on the bottom is the one that needs replacing.
On my truck both are changed, but in the end there was a problem with the wiring.

oil light stays on,then you put new pressue switch in next to oil filter,cheap,but light stays on,so you have to change switch,dearer, on off side.the mod is just a fitting about 1.5" long that fits between block and switch.

I got fed up of the oil light sensor going on the fitz so I just fitted an oil pressure gauge and earthed the light.

The mod just makes it less likely to break but doesn't fix it for good.
