Default Royal Mail

Went to post some stickers this morning, I post my stickers either in envelopes or tubes depending on size, the tubes used to cost £3 to post, to keep prices down i would cover part of the cost of this out of my own pocket/profits, well this morning to post the tube it cost £5.65, just a tad pissed off about that as now i'm going to have to put my own prices up

They keep changing the size requirements in fact they have recently allowed larger sizes to be posted for £3.I used to use them regualary i use hermes now slightly more expensive on small parcels but un beatable on larger items.i drop them off before work no queing sent about 150 parcels with them not 1 problem unlike royal mail mail they also offer compensation of £50 more if you need royal mail only offer £20 with no upgrade available on 1st and second class

I use to be able to post 25" tubes for £3 today the same tube cost £5.65, to post for £3 the tube needs to be under 18"ish, wheel cover stickers in general are 22" ish and they are the bulk of what i post by tube and because of that i could keep prices down and like i say add a bit to it myself to cover the post cost and charge the customer less, well now i won't be able to do that

its crazy. I mean seriously, small items like that DONT cost a lot to carry. The weight is minimal, size is no problem I don't understand why they have hiked the prices up so much.

Box clever and try and package stuff up differently, as already mentioned, it's the length you're paying for and not the weight
