Hi Adz - still in, dates to avoid for me are June 3-8 (d day normandy trip)
and last two weeks in August, but generally holiday in the UK some still may be able help if in an appropriate area (Hampshire or Suffolk or Somerset)

Better to sugest a few dates. then see how many can do it on which date.

Otherwise it could be a legisticnightmare trying to fit in with everyone.
