Cool here we go

Here we go, so the Met Office has forecast a "Polar Vortex" over the next 3 months which will result in extremely low temperatures, snow and chaos on the roads. Back when I was a youngster this was known as "Winter".. However, there's every chance that if it does get that bad I'll just stock up on food and lock the doors

Well we are on the same Latitude as Canada. We should have very icy winters, but we're kept warm by the Gulf Stream.

It was only a few years ago that I remember some very cold days when temps when down to as low as -16 degrees C around here.

Sure I read something similar last year that somebody posted and got me all excited and I'll say the same again as I said then.

If it happens.................... FANTASTIC I'm ready for it, can't wait to see some propper snow action in the Terrano, I've only expericenced it in the Maverick which was top fun but Terrance is a little more ready for it than Marvin was

If it doesn't............. I'm sure there will be other years.

It's going to be interesting getting in and out of work though I can tell you that

Ah the Gulf Stream that why the Isle of Man is often nice and sunny.

I assume it's not an oil spill by a Petrol Company of the same name.
