some in our rally club can feed gas in by their bbq point, so could the 'mainline' of
the
gas system be extended to a point at the rear with an isolator, perhaps mounted inboard
and guess another isolator to lock off front end then not in use, unless of course
just left say 6kg in front locker in place acting as a cap.

Odd you should say that, was thinking about that last night and was wondering about fitting a BBQ point at the rear ( theres 2 isolators under the bed) and use it as a feed to the propane.

We have a 6kg sat in the front for when we go anywhere so thats sorted, wonder if we could fill it up from the big one aswell.

filling up from the 'big one' is not that successful, I made a hose up for this once, direct connection, no regulators, turn the big bottle upside down, you can get the small one filled until the pressures balance, but not full
