only reason i cant get on now is evenings and nights when often my connection fails
in general.

club and web in general is fine in early hourss and then thru the day, its after uk
tea! time it goes bananas.

think must be general user level, on local servers?

my connection is free, so feel cant complain, but it was isp that decided to make
it free (orange) as had so much mobile contract with them, otherwise still be
paying 315 a month or so.

oddly as stated before my orange 3g doesnt suffer, can get face book easily thanks
to an app, by this site is just too big for comfort on 4" screen. might try using phone
as a dongle.

Just greeted by this ... note the 7 other tabs on my browser that loaded fine without issue.

Again my ISP is Zen - Nothing to do with Orange.

Tried via the main site holding rather than direct to the forum and again failed.. refreshed several times and eventually it let me in.

I've now bookmarked the actual IP address as a link to the main site holding page. I tried the edit as listed on page 1 but the file wouldn't save so took the easy option. I'll let you know how I go on.. should know in a couple of days.

Yes, and it is a real pita, some days it is fine , other times I can't connect for 1 or 2 days. Luckily, I'm unemployed, so can try the site at different times during the day. So far I haven't found a pattern, it can be mornings, afernoons, evenings, late night etc. I can't understand how, if it is Orange's problem, why is it so intermittent? To be honest, much as I enjoy being on here, if it is still like this come renewal time, I won't be renewing. Not to save the tenner because even if it was free, I am not going to put up with it any longer. Perhaps if Bat ran a poll to see just how many members have been or are being affected by this, maybe he could approach Offcom with the info and get them to get Orange to get their act together. Just a thought.

Yes, in the last week or so I have found it impossible to get on at times. It is intermittent and I have tried flushing the cache and other suggestions on here. I have tried to see if there is a pattern or particular time of day but it is definitely random. I have tried it on different computers, different broadband connections , even different counties but it makes no difference at all. I would love if you can get it sorted, Paul.

Cool

generally been better though i have issues with orange speed and access
think the live box modem they provided is on way out too, having to reboot
it almost every day but thats another story...

have found where was having issues cant find site, atleast on ie to search
for site, follow cached view, then once on that click, home, or members list
and the site refreshes and i can continue as normal.

I've just come on now Paul, it's 11.45 pm and no problems. If it's any help, I can log when/if I have problems and PM the info to you. My normal times to try go online would be early mornming, about 7.30 or 8.00 am for a few minutes and after 6pm most evenings. Weekends vary but again morning and evenings. Forgot to mention, it was ok this morning too.
