Default Aren’t Terranos Small

After being without the 3 litre truck for over a week and away this weekend in the VW Transporter, I jumped into the old project truck and drove it around this afternoon. Crickey it feels small and low down, jeez I used to love this truck but it feels like a little go cart now.

Oh yeah the exception of course

Seriously tho I used to think my standard trucks were high up and seemed pretty big to me until now when I’ve got used to driving my van around. Love the van I have to say even tho some of me wishes I still had the truck. Apparently it’s been bought by a second hand car dealer a few miles away so who knows I may see it around to rub salt into my wounds.

I like that they are narrow they fit down tight lanes better and are easier to park, I will be fitting some wheel spacers though, as for height mines lifted 2" and thats enough for me, I was pooping my pants last night on a couple of lanes thinking I was gonna tip over

Denshaw nr Manchester, off at J22 M62 and south over Saddleworth, did 20mls over about 3hrs, doubled up on the lanes, some were much better heading uphill

Much as I love my VW I bet it won’t drive any of those routes. Still miss the 3 litre and I know it would of coped well on those lanes I’ve still got the project truck.
