That was something I was showing Suz, going up hill, you only need to touch the accelerator to give you enough momentum as soon as you crest the hill, you can back right off, and going down, you don't have to touch any pedals as the engine has more than enough braking for even the steepest hills....

There was one technically challenging hill, where the engine actually slowed the wheels to the point they were travailing slower than the car, allowing the wheels to slide as the surface was so broken up, so you actually had to use the accelerator to keep the wheels turning, just so you could control it properly.

Top Tip. If you're going offroading, you only need undo one nut and bolt off the near side rear ARB drop link. That will give you full back axle flex. Then simply do it up before you go home
My rose jointed drop links by the way have never failed in 35" tyre competition work. Have you got double ended ones and welded bracket to bottom arm ?

Good tip... is there any reason why it has to be the near side?

Hmmm, I will have to have a look at that... I wonder if you could make the equivalent of a large wing nut with and "R" clip through it, to make it easier to undo when you want to?
