Worst still, once you have been to them for a quote, and they have refused to insure you as in my case, I did more than 6000 miles, it put's your insurance up when you go to other places, and they ask if you have been refused insurance...

So do be careful if you go to them for a quote.
Sounds a bit complicated? Who says they up other premiums?

The less you say the better i find

Default Dan at Adrian Flux Insurance

Hi everyone.

This is just a short introduction, I'm Dan and I've worked for Adrian Flux Insurance for nearly 25 years.

If any of you on here have any general insurance queries or specific problems with Adrian Flux insurance please let me know. I have hand-picked a small but dedicated team of staff who with me will try and assist you wherever possible. I can assure you we will be completely impartial despite being on the payroll of Adrian Flux. If we have messed-up we will acknowledge that and make efforts to get it corrected. If any of you do not understand an insurer’s viewpoint we will do our best to clearly explain it.

It could be problems ranging from simple paperwork issues to major claim disputes. With our many years of experience we should be able to answer most queries immediately. If there were issues or a problem that we can’t answer directly we would ensure that a relevant manager investigates these and we would then be able to relay an answer back.

I hope this will be of some help for you.

On behalf of myself and my team, thanks very much.

Dan.

you wait until you have been paying insurance for 20+ years, you will soon realise its daylight robbery, not singling out mr flux inparticular, just generally all insurers. as i said earlier, they know they are paying out rediculous amounts on phoney claims and pass this on to all the honest customers. rant over! octagon £321 fully comp protected ncb

OK, I just phoned spoke to Whitney, she needs my membership number.
She said I was entitled to a discount if I can prove membership, around £20, well worth it.
So how do I find me membership number?

You are 3957. You can see at the end of the page address if you go to view your own profile.

The only membership number that is unique to you is the one on the end of your public profile, it would be the same uinique ID that you use for your Milner discount

Ask them if you the would accept an e-mail with a screenshot of your payment to the forum for club membership if you keep that info

That number is well hidden, there is a similar number at the end of the url at the bottom of a page.
Where else do I find it?
I have spoken to Adrian Flux and emailed my details I will update you all as and when I get the discount in writing.
