Adrian Flux Mercedes Insurance Cover
I have just obtained a quote from the above brokers for our SL500 that is competitively priced.
My wife was insured with them for a couple of years with our old r3mR but we never made a claim of did anything other than pay the premium when due. We have been with Saga for a few years but the price keeps on creeping up so will have to change insurers this year. Aside from holding a Policy with them has anyone here had experience of dealing with them? I also had a quote from a brokers named Grove & Dean but I have never heard of them before. Any advice / experience welcome. |

erm well yes I have had some exp with the shower. The first cover I had was competitive and seemed to cover all bases but come renewal it went through the roof .
They didnt give me a list of my mods after many asks . That was worrying although they did "say" it was all covered. Needless to say I've had cover elsewhere since. No doubt the cover is fine but check your renewals |

Adrian Flux have a real mix of reviews, some people love them, others hate them with a passion... Personally, I don't like the way they do business, they will not give you a quote until you give them one to beat... I find insurance enough of a hassle, and just wanted to go to a specialist, who would understand the needs of a Responder, and tell me a price. I went with another broker recommended by some of the other responders, who were great. Not had to make a claim, which is obviously the real test. |

i asked for caravan cover but explained that if i was away and terry broke would van be recovered if unatatched, well spoke in depth but all i got was covered to every question.i asked them to send me the full cover details so i could see for myself if it is upto the job,a week later all i got was the quote for the cover 56 no info so i stayed with arriva.
my old terry a 98 i sold to my son in law and they would not cover, but i could see no reason why,in the end he went with g and d. i have asked them for quotes for my terry but always came out expensive. the terry i sold on cost me 185.70 fully com with esure, the 3l fully com is 224 after i phoned them to say the renewal letter was very high 445.thet dropped as the on line quote was for the same co. again with esure. you have to shop arroun now. |

I am currently insured with AF. ....only because they were the only insurers that would give me cover, having been non resident for 10 years....they are very expensive at around £470/yr, but after this year, would hope to find someone less so......it was 'Hobsons choice' for me......
