Hi and welcome, 95 Mav!, well tin worm will be the main problem, body not chassis, front bumper supports, sills, rear seat belt point on wheel arch, fuel tank seams to name a few, Rick

Welcome aboard Milos

The earlier model without intercooler are a great motor, less to go wrong but that’s not say intercooled are bad.
Biggest problem is rust! And more rust! Rear floor, rear wheel arches where the seatbelt mounting is, sills, inner wings and body mounts. It sounds bad but nothing that can’t be fixed.
If 4wd hasn’t been used often or correctly the front hubs can cause a few problems. Don’t use 4wd on hard surface, the wheels need to be able to slip to stop transmission wind up as there is no centre diff.

To be honest there probably isn’t any faults that we haven’t come across on here.

The Terrano 11 and Maverick were a project between Ford and Nissan. Pretty much anything for a Terrano will fit a Maverick.
