Default Free Swag!

I'm doing a video and a written Blog for a company... It's an informative Blog aimed at Joe Public who don't ever seem to carry any extra kit incase of an emergency.

Here's some Free Swag they sent me...

And here's a sneak peak at the 24 Hour 'Lite' Bag.

The written Bog should be published sometime this month and I will try to make the video before I go away on holiday!

Well I think, unless its an off road, living off the land using most or all of your free swag, survivalist kind of hols, you should cancel and concentrate more efforts on the video

I like the inclusion of the notebook for writing your last will and testament.

Glow sticks, not the normal carry but since seeing how good the mil grade are I keep them in my boot all the time. The batteries won’t go flat or leak.

Will look forward to seeing the vids mate and enjoy your hol when you go.

Nice one. Being prepared for problems is the way to go. So many people go out in the bad weather in their car without any prep. All it takes is a puncture or breakdown and it can all go wrong, especially in the winter weather of the last couple of months

I too have Glow Sticks in my prep bags for walking and the car, found them to be really useful things. But like Jim says the military ones are the ones to have. Also always have playing cards just to help the time pass the time.

Yep. In my walking prep bag I have one of those small packs of cards. Exactly the sort you used to get in Christmas crackers (in fact that's what I used to use) just a slightly better quality but the small size keeps the weight down and reduces the packing size.
For the car it's a full size pack and now I have kids a pack of the Uno game cards as well.

Got the video uploaded today... My longest one yet.

https://youtu.be/lQI7cDBaDvk

I'm always worried about making them too long... But hopefully at just under 30 minutes, this one is acceptable.

Worcester Sauce flavour crisps, thought you said food you like? Yuck nobody likes them things
Is it worth taping over terminals of your batteries just in case they get shorted out, unlikely I know but happened to me once and they got hot

Nice Tip!

The great thing about those crisps, no one is tempted to nick them off ya!
