Default PC and Me return :)

Evenin' all, I've just got my PC back from the menders.
So now I can easily bother you guys again. Just a bit of a pain on the old mobile.
It's a bit weird actually doing forum stuff again, rather akin to playing a record instead of streaming
Hope you all had a splendid Crimbo and happy new year and all that

Now then, where is a good place to cloud my pics to these days ?
I ask as I'm opening a shop imminently and need to upload thousands of pics off my phone for web site building and the like !
Thankyouplease

If you are on Amazon Prime they do some free storage then it costs money for extra space as does dropbox, Google etc. Nothing is for free these days. I use an external hard drive for personal photos as it feels more secure.

An old fashioned 1TB hard drive I bought from Aldi a few years back. With the cheaper cost I find it okay. I access mine on my home network from all my devices. Not sure how many photos I have but its in excess of 10,000 and my hard drive is nowhere near full. File size for my decent SLR are bigger thought this only accounts for couple of thousand images. With memory being so cheap these days it works for me - I bought an additional second external drive recently (emergency back up) it was a good brand (Western Digital) - cost me £25 for 1 TB brand new on offer. Mr Memory website have 4 TB for £100.00 - plug & play probably cheaper if you buy elsewhere.

Tis true but I live in hope of this "other" computer lasting longer than mine
I had a dropbox account but lost access to it when my old "Wanadoo" email was dropped by orange or EE
I cant retrieve it without the access to the old email address
I have to load up loads of pics and then manipulate them onto soshal media , web site and so on. It's so easy on the phone but building web sites on it isnt.
I sit in my office like a drug dealer, phone in one hand , PC on the desk and lappy pinging updates at me
