Default Hi to everyone

Hi boys and girls my names neil just bought a terrano11 had a mav bout 4 years ago liked it so much had to get another,after years of owning and building rs fords and too many others to mention had to have another 4x4.
Its a 96 Preg swb in red,needs a few things sorting like the clutch pedal that sits bout 2 inch lower than the brake pedal fink its just a return spring prob needs a good clean up underneath and lashings of waxoil throwing at it,radio is fubared and the fan switch only works on no4 so nowt to serious.
I live in lincolnshire on the east coast so this weekend after tittivating one or two of the above probs gona take her on the beach see if i can get her stuck :
right going for a look round c u round :wink:

Hi rsaddo & welcome to the club :smile: If you have a look on the site you will find your probs have been cover a few times IIRC & should help you out a bit :smile:
RS fords hmm lovely wife won't let me have any thing like that now :cry: :cry: :cry: as she says i'll get banned :roll:

Thx mate have found a few tips already as for the ford its not a prob in lincs as the speed limit is 140 :wink:

Welcome to the club.

Caught a Nissan Slyline on ANPR just out side Tattershall recently at 135MPH, boy was he flying.

I must say I'm a Escprt Mk1 Mexico fan, but you cannot get them for under 8K now and mint ones the celing is the limit!

mk1 eccy now ya talking im gona build one before they put me under the grass love um but like ya said silly money these days even bare shells.
Just sold my ZRX1100 kwaka before i got banned or worse and your right if ya value ya license stay away from cadwell bloody rozzers dont ya just love um
Fixed the clutch today the prev owner recently had the clutch slave cylinder changed and the donkey who fitted it managed somehow to replace everthing and then left the the arm of the clutch pedal rubbing up and down the steering colum sleeve :roll: anyhow simple fix

Hello rsaddo
I used to have a 1974 Mk 1- 3 litre GXL facelift Capri and it is one of my fovourate cars i've had. I was only 19 and what a motor. If I remember rightly they did a 3.1 RS version.

They did,worked for a local company called capri gear a couple of years back used to restore and unfortunatly sometimes strip capris had a 2.8 special for a company car : V6 rwd and free fuel,fun times :wink:
