If you become a full member, you will have access to a download on how to read engine error codes that are stored in the ecu without the need for any special tools, this may help point you in the correct direction of your problem.

Save your tenner and buy a dictionary

Text talk don't do well on a forum it can rubs some people up the wrong way.

Good luck with your motor mate you tenner will go a long way and save you a lot more.

the nissan x-trail we have would only rev to 2500rpm no matter how far you put your foot down it would not go above that and when it hit 2500rpm it jerked like it was stalling only difference being the engine does not cut out.

this sounds like a similar problem, if you check very carefully around the intercooler you are looking for a very small crack (sorry to say that) and if you find one you need a new intercooler.
