Default tow bar good and cheap

Hi Mike
Have just bought and fitted a terrano 11 towbar from "towbarman" off e-bay he sells many types but the one to go for if your mate doesn't mind getting his hands dirty is the towequipe model current price £93.87 inc vat and delivery tell him to also buy the specific wiring kit at the same time price £9.99 if he gets the two together, this then just plugs in.
Fitting is then straightforward as long as he takes his time.

good luck

Thanks for the replies! Pathfinder? When I go hunting for pathfinder towbars all I seem to find is 05 onwards? Is that likely to be the one?

Nice to see another Mac entrant! Do I dare admit you will see me and the missus in a rather tatty yellow erm *cough land rover *cough

Cheers,

Mike

Borrow your mates R3M - far more likely to get around without and mechanical issues, and far more comfortable too.

We didn't get the earlier Pathfinder over here but that's the same as your R3M. Techmanual is HERE

Mike no - thats the new Pathfinder, no relation at all.

And T2 towbars won't fit as far as I know - the R3M is a monocoque construction and so has no seperate chassis like the T2 does, so the fitment will be completely different I believe.

Not cheap but then its a sellers market for that truck and anyway, unless its seriously rusted, a wire brush and a coat of paint and the jobs a good 'un.
