They say not and suggest forum. As their vid lacks reg, and have found match to reg
on a Medway page have sent the group admin a link to the reg.

That said reg may have been applied later.

There looks to be a web site address on the back window as it looks like it starts with www. Does anyone recognise it?

On the vid it is quite clear N77 JRO and I cannot agree the bus cut him up, he was in far too much of a hurry and to mount the pavement is completely out of order, he should get a custodial sentence, Rick

Rick I was meaning that if the truck was with either group it may have had another reg
and the one displayed added since purchase.

Sorry to sound a bit dense on this, but if a reg number is clearly displayed, can this video not be passed onto plod, as evidence of at the least careless driving, and the glorious DVLA supply the drivers details.........

from another FB account I'd say it ought to have been forwarded.

Quite a few locals in no uncertain terms wanted to educate by fist/brick.

I've heard this from the horses mouth.

Dash cam or CCTV footage cannot be used with offences like this.

Then what is the point of the law in this country, I despair, Rick

As I understand it video footage cannot be used to prosecute if it has been seen on social media. So if you have a dash cam don't plaster footage over the net that you are likely to need for any legal reason.

so has this idiot been outed yet?

I mean, there were kids and families on the pavement...it cant be brushed off as somert and nowt, and certainly the driver needs re-educating on that fact too.

That really is some shocking driving, it's worth handing over to the Police and letting them decide. There appear to be no hard and fast rules for the Police accepting videos or not. Some forces encourage video evidence, others do nothing.

There lives an arse just down the road from me that used to have a VXR Corsa that popped & banged at stupid times of the morning/night, he drove like he stole it.
I phoned the housing association about him, I phoned the council & I phoned the police several times. The police said there's nothing they can do unless they catch him in the act. Also they told me that CCTV & dash cam footage is not admissible evidence
I found out that he also had no MOT of VED on the vehicle. I told the police this too, they were not interested. I even rang them when he had both front wheels off & was working on it so they could come out..... Nope.

In the end I saw a traffic officer parked up & I asked him his stance on the situation. Lets just say he no longer has the car & now drives around in a battered old KA
