Default New Lock Down

So here we are on a second Lock Down, I know this is a 4 X 4 forum, but FFS are you all going to just sit back and take this shit, think of your kids and grand kids, it is their future that is in jeopardy for tens of years to come, cannot you all see that the money printed by the bank of England to fund this stupidity will have to be repaid by them, Rick

Aim to get stuck and be completely self sufficient in extraction, love getting muddy, 2ft deep is good but rare.

Opinions are like arseholes everyone's got one Rick, instead of banging on about the Covid19 situation as usual and how the Government has done it all wrong what is your answer to the Pandemic?

How would you control the spread so that it does not overwhelm us?

I have a vested interest as my Nephrectomy that should have been done in September-October has been put back as there is competition for ICU beds at the local hospital. For every week that passes the risk of my cancer spreading increases. I have to have an ICU bed available for me before they will carry out my operation. If the ICU unit is full of Covid patients then I cannot have my operation. There has to be a management of Covid hospital admissions surely?

Over to you Rick - what's your answer with the benefit of hindsight of course.
Are you a fully paid up member of the Shudder Squad? You know they should have done this or they should have done that?

Knitting could be a solution for those long dark nights stuck indoors.

I'm getting on with my Honda CB400F2 rebuild project - currently oven baking some alloy engine covers whilst the Gaffer is at work.

Thank you all for your replies, yes Ted I do have the answer, but not got the time to go into it now, Fez/Barrbeast was a result of seeing the late news that tried to tell me what I had to do!, Wallace/Zac/Ted I never have the time to get bored, as far as I am concerned there are not enough hours in the day, I always have many jobs that have to be put off for another day every day, Mark that will be an interesting scenario, Rick

ps, Zac yes I know it is a 4X4 and was hoping to put up some off road stuff after Sunday but Slindon has been cancelled

We have never had compulsory vaccination in the UK it could never happen with our laws Doug on assault & consent. We have compulsory notification of certain diseases such as Campylobacter but that's not quite the same thing.

In the past we have relied on peoples common sense plus a belief in science until the advent of poor science, fake news, the popularity of anti-vaccinators given disproportionate representation by social media.

It does not help that the human psyche gives weight to conspiracy theorists as we are reluctant to accept serendipity is real. The book The Idiot Brain does a good job of explaining such phenomena.

I need to pop out now to cleanse our street of Covid19 and do my bit by setting fire to a 5G mast better than Witch hunting or stoning an Ambulance anyday. Back to my David Icke Video it is then. lol

Well I hope you all are happy with the current situation, I am not as you will well understand as I was not for this lockdown in March which has done absolutely nothing for saving lives, this is not about the virus more about control and you are being controlled, people are walking about like zombies wearing face nappies thinking that they will protect them, but just look at how they are worn, put on in shop taken of after stuffed in pocket/handbag then put to face for the next shop total crap, makes wearing a mask worse than not wearing one, when are you going to get real and tell this stupid government to stop trying to beat a virus by bankrupting the country, Rick
