Default Maverick Awoke from Hibernation

Well back in October when the roads started to get salted I took the Maverick off the road and disconnected the batteries. Only gave the batteries a top up charge over Christmas and that’s all that has happened. Been kept under thecar port blocked in by other family vehicles.
Today I decided to wake it up and start it up. Reconnected the batteries and jumped in the driver’s seat. Let the glow plugs do their bit and as soon as the starter started turning the engine was up and running again without any problems.
I keep thinking about selling the truck as it doesn’t get used but I do have to ask how many other vehicles would do that and at 28 years old. Pretty impressed with it to be fair.
