Exclamation Our Roof is still on !!

Is seriously windy here in Derby - so far just a big plant pot has blown over !

Iv'e turned our garden windmills out of the wind before they end up a few doors away.

Hope everyone here is out of tree range - Im sure some are going to be uprooted today.

It's strange here in Kent, it's breezy, but nothing worse than a normal windy day. I think the fettets have sneezed harder.

The only clue the wind gusts are a bit harder than normal is they have set the alarm off on the T2 a couple of times, and that only happens when it is more gusty than normal.

Gusting to 60mph apparently here in Staines, my knackered old temporary garage is getting beaten about and the new 5.5m Carcoon is looking like a bouncy castle full of kids!

I made sure that anything in the garden that might go fly about was put in the shed yesterday.
Next doors have had a fence panel go through but I had a couple of plastic bins of garden waste and the end of an old shed ready to plug the gap.
Knew there was a reason that end of the shed hadn't made it to the tip
