rough and burnie! wrong way round it is the cheap blended grain stuff thats rough and burnie and the single malts honey like and smooth!

I am pretty much a fan of any malt scotch whisky, I dont like grain or that american stuff 'jack' something or other! I think glenfidich use it to wash their barrels prior to useing them : :

By they way on the subject of Glenfidich someone bought me a duty free bottle as a gift and i am sure it is not the same stuff as we get over here it was a bit on the rough side, any thoghts on this? it was genunie and bought at the airport!

and i have found the mark forums unread button now i have a little less famous grouse in my system :

I cant stand JD in my mind its not whiskey!

I have a glass of bells at the mo and I must say I am rather enjoying it!
